Brooke graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a Bachelor of Arts. She started law school at Pepperdine School of Law. She transferred and graduated from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law.
While in law school, Brooke received several awards and honors, including Dean's List and being published in Family Law Quarterly. Brooke worked as a law clerk for several well respected Tucson law firms. She also clerked for a Federal Judge and litigated misdemeanor cases for the prospector's office.
Prior to starting her own law firm, Brooke worked for two highly regarded San Clara County law firms, for 7 1/2 years.
While working as an associate, Brooke gained valuable experience litigating and settling various types of Family Law Cases.
Brooke has handled all types of
family law cases, including move away cases, post judgment modifications,
complex, large assets cases, various child and spousal support cases, and
custody matters, as well as dissolutions.
Brooke is a member of the
Arizona State Bar, California State Bar, Santa Clara County Bar
Association, Family Law Executive Committee of the Santa Clara County Bar
Association, Education Committee of the Santa Clara County Bar Association, and
the San Jose Regional Standing Committee on Legislation of the Santa
Clara County Bar Association. Brooke also serves as Judge Pro Tem for the Santa
Clara County Superior Court.
Brooke is married with two children. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being at the beach, running and reading.
